研究血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）及其受体（FLK-1）mRNA在健康兔眼虹膜色素上皮（iris pigment epithelium,IPE）细胞和视网膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium,RPE）细胞中的表达特征，探讨IPE细胞代替RPE细胞用于自体移植治疗老年性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,ARMD)的可行性。
