| Abstract Objective To analyze the cause of the changes of tear film function in myopic eyes after Epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis.Methods 66 eyes of 33 patients were selected randomly from the patients who have received Epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis in our hospital.We test all cases’ schirmer Ⅰ test and tear break-up time(BUT) before surgery and one month after surgery,and compare the two groups of testing data. Results The result shows mainly that tear film stability went into decline after Epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis,and the tear secretion had no obvious change after surgery.Conclusions The decline of tear film stability is the result of various factors, we can improve the tear film function after surgery by adopting effective methods.

摘要：目的 探讨近视眼EPI-LASIK术后泪膜功能改变的原因。方法 随机选择来本院接受EPI-LASIK术的病人33例66眼於术后一月检测泪液分泌实验及侵犯性泪膜破裂时间，与术前结果对比。结果 近视眼EPI-LASIK术后泪膜功能的改变主要表现为泪膜稳定性的降低，而泪液分泌与术前相比无显著差异。结论 泪膜稳定性的降低是多方面的因素造成的，我们可以采取有效措施改善术后泪膜功能。
