Study on experimental CNV with Intravitreal Bevacizumab Injection

Objective: To study the evolution of CNV with intravitreal injection of Avastin.Methods: 48 BN rats was photocoagulated to induce CNV model and received Avastin 25µg. The control group received BSS.FFA examinations occurred on 1,2,3 week and the areas of CNV were measured. FⅧ-Rag were investigated with immunohistochemistry.Results: In the treatment group,the area of CNV obviously reduced, the expression of FⅧ-Rag depressed.Conclusion: Avastin can inhibit the development of CNV
