| 摘要：目的 观察结膜囊成形及结膜囊内置入自制蜡片眼模治疗结膜囊狭窄的临床效果。方法 26例结膜囊成形及结膜囊内置入自制蜡片眼模或同时再行唇粘膜或中厚皮瓣移植。结果 术后患者均能安装义眼，外观美观，双眼对称。结论 结膜囊成形及结膜囊内置入自制蜡片眼模治疗因结膜囊狭窄无法安装义眼患者，术后均能安装合适义眼，外观对称美观。
Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect by reconstructing conjunctival sac and transplanting self-made wax eye model into conjunctival sac to treat conjunctival sac constriction .Methods 26 patients who had conjunctival sac constriction were treated through the reconstruction of conjunctival sac and the transplantion of self-made wax eye model into conjunctival sac or the simultaneous transplantation of lip nucous membrane or medium thickness of skin. Results After the operation, the patients were able to wear an ocular prosthesis comfortably. Their appearances were pleasing to the eye and their eyes were symmetrical. Conclusion It was satisfactory to use the reconstruction of conjunctival sac and the transplantion of self-made wax eye model into conjunctival sac to treat those patients who were unable to wear an ocular prosthesis because of their conjunctival sac constriction. After the operation, all of the patients were capable of wearing an ocular prosthesis and their eyes were symmetrical and pleasing to the eye. |
