| 目的：探讨高眼压状态下小梁切除术手术观察。方法：回顾近三年来对17人18眼在高眼压状态下实施抗青光眼小梁切除术术后疗效观察，确定其手术效果及疗效。结果：本组手术17人18眼，17眼均取得良好效果占94.4%仅1眼术后继发恶性青光眼，手术失败。结论：对持续高眼压状态（超过50.62mmhg以上患者）。在用药效果不理想情况下及时行手术治疗，能有效换取其视功能。

Abstract aim: to investigate clinical observation of trabeculectomy in high intraocular pressure .method: surveying the past-operations to 17 patients(18eyes) who were implemented against trabeculectomy for glaucoma in high intraocular pressure during recent 3 years to confirm the effects of these operations.results: among the operations ,17 cases were effective ,which account for 94.4%,only one case failed which leaded to malignant glaucoma. conclusion: to those who were in continuous high intraocular pressure state (patients which exceed 50.62 mmhg) it is efficient to recover the visual functions to make an operation in case the medicine doesn’t work.
