Fig. 21 A 21-year-old man sustained a skull fracture from a motor vehicle accident 2 months prior to this examination. The patient describes anosmia since the accident. Computed tomography discloses a large medial wall orbital fracture extending through the cribriform plate (arrow). Orbital reconstruction was performed through a frontal craniotomy where dura was found incarcerated within the fracture. The orbital fracture was repaired by cranial bone grafting.
